Fabio’s Bistro

I'm originally from New York and can be very critical of the quality of pizza in Jersey. Fabio is literally the ONLY bistro/pizzeria in my surrounding neighborhood that meets NY standards. Their pizzas and dinners are All FANTASTIC. We literally order delivery from Fabio every Week. The next step is to physically dine there.

I recently moved back to the area and gave this place another shot. Both the pizza and dishes like chicken parm for takeout were delicious. Maybe my experience from years back was just a bad night for delivery.

We've ordered there a few times and it's just a good solid go to place for pizza pasta chicken .Prices are very reasonable and everybody that works there seems incredibly happy which helps. it really does feel like a neighborhood place. I'm happy supporting Ronnie and his business. I'm looking forward to them going across the street in a year or so a bigger space.

This is actually my 2nd time here. Came here the 1st time & just had the pizza & it was absolutely amazing! Then when my Family wanted pizza recently, I recommended this place, they delivered it & it was perfection. Today, I sat in again. A small venue with it's own parking lot. Today I had the Penne Vodka & garlic bread. Wow!! Best I have had in a long time, especially the garlic bread. Service was surprisingly quick, & it has the typical Italian restaurant interior. It had a few tables & chairs out front for outdoor seating as well. Definitely will be back. Glad it's so close to home.

Found this place while we were at Fannywood day and stopped in quickly for a snack. We sat outside and split an order of mozzarella sticks and they were so good! They came out super hot and they were very tasty. The service was so fast which was nice for a Sunday at a pretty busy time. I also took home a few drunken grandpa slices to have later and they were excellent too.

The food is Always fresh and on time. However, on Friday's, you have to place your order early because it's their busiest day.

A long-time family favorite for pizza Friday and a staple in the Scotch Plains - Fanwood community! Expect delicious thin crust pizza with the perfect ratio of sauce, cheese, and toppings - never too greasy and consistently good. The family's go-to pizza order (never disappoints!): 1 Large - 1/2 Cheese and 1/2 Eggplant and Fresh Mozzarella 1 Large - Fresh Mozzarella Vodka Pizza My family typically orders takeout from Fabios, but the restaurant space is very nice - just small. Things to keep in mind: Estimated wait times are not always accurate, especially on a Friday night (anticipate your order taking longer than expected)

Best pizzeria in the area! Their food has that authentic Italian touch you just don't get anymore! Pizza: 10/10 Delicious thin crust pizza, cheesy and tasty. Wings 9/10: were crunchy, saucy, the perfect amount of spicy and came out HOT! Salad 7/10: fresh chicken on the salad! Salad wasn't too saucy or cheesy but I liked it that way. Family wanted extra Cesar. Garlic Knots 8/10: fluffy, and buttered! A little thicker than I expected but still good! Great service, amazing food. Will be back again!
